I am writing this letter today not to complain, but to congratulate you on the “Great Job” that all of you at CapitalPlus.com do. I feel it is important to let people know when they are going beyond my expectations as well as when they are not. We chose to switch funding companies a few years ago due to dissatisfaction on the way we were being treated. My office taff was in constant disagreement and arguments with the company we were using. I Felt like a referee most of the time.
